Korean Cuisine
    South Korea is considered as a country of unique and exquisite cuisine. The country’s dishes are made of natural, healthy ingredients of high nutrition.

    Korean cuisine is featured by unique dishes in each region, varying in Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Additionally, dishes are diverse in colors such as yellow of eggs, red of hot sauce, green of vegetables, black and blue of seaweed, white of mushrooms and so on.

    In Korean cuisine, dishes are processed and presentedin a sophisticated and aesthetic way. A meal often consists of various dishes in plates of diverse types in rich colors but one dish is served on one plate only. Most Korean dishes are seasoned with soy sauce, onions, garlic, salt, grape seed oil, sesame oil, pepper, hot sauce, dry chili and forth on. Korea is identified with Kimchi, bacon, grilled beef ribs, bikimbap or kimbap.

    Kimchi is one typical food in Korean cuisine and the pride of Koreans. There are numerous types of Kimchi, each has unique flavor depending on each region’s climate. In warm regions, more chili powder is added to Kimchi so that it will not spoiled. In northern part of the Country, Kimchi is more light-salted and less hot than other regions. Besides, some types of Kimchi are not mixed with chili powder but submerged in other flavor liquids.
